For us the integrity of the project is more important than the time scale. However at all times, time and budget are still considered to be a critical part of successful project delivery.
The principles behind the successful delivery of projects embrace the following fundamental aspects:
1. Providing appropriate advice from day one
2. Setting clear objectives and a defined scope
3. Supplying resources where and when required, communicating clearly with other contractors as necessary
4. Using a structured process for managing risk
5. Keeping a tight control of budgets
6. Management of communications and supply chain relationships
7. Delivery of the project completed on time, on budget as originally intended
